Morrowind has been proposed with open-finish freestyle-style continuous interaction as a top priority, with less emphasis on basic plots than its predecessor. The difficulty of the mission to focus on is the god Dagosul, who lives in the volcanic Red Mountains, and seems to tear down Morowind, who has been freed from imperial rule.Īlthough essentially a fantasy game, there are numerous continuous interaction elements and Western medieval and dream fiction metaphors driven by Dungeons & Dragons and previous RPGs, as well as some steampunk components. The basic story takes place on Vvardenfell, an island in the Dammer (Dark Elf) region of Morowind, which is part of Tamriel’s land.
